Signed Books Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. No purchase necessary to enter this prize draw. Please enter your name, email address and postal address in the spaces provided and click submit.

2. The prize is to win ONE of TEN signed sets of the No.1 Ladies’ Detective Agency series.

3. The prize draw is open to all residents in the UK and Ireland except employees of Little, Brown Book Group, their families, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the prize draw.

4. Only one entry per person allowed. Second or subsequent entries will be disqualified. Entries will not be accepted via agents, third parties or in bulk.

5. Entries must be received on or before the closing date of Thursday 1st March 2007 11.59pm GMT. Little, Brown Book Group is not responsible for contacting or forwarding prizes to entrants who provide unclear or incomplete information or for entries lost, misdirected, delayed or destroyed.

6. Entrants to the Signed Books Prize Draw are also eligible to enter the Botswana Holiday Prize Draw. Entrants to the Botswana Holiday Prize Draw will also be bound by the Botswana Holiday Prize Draw terms and conditions.

7. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Little, Brown Book Group reserves the right to alter the prizes without notice.

8. Winners will be picked randomly by an employee of Little, Brown Book Group from the eligible list of entrants to the Signed Books Prize Draw.

9. Winners will be notified by email within four weeks of the closing date and will be required to provide their postal address. Failure to provide a postal address within five working days will result in disqualification.

10. To obtain a list of winners please email admin@alexandermccallsmith.co.uk four weeks after the closing date. Please state the name of the prize draw in the subject heading.

12. The email address you provide to enter the prize draw will be used to contact you, and will not be shared with other companies. Little, Brown Book Group will only use your email address in compliance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998 and in accordance with our privacy policy.

13. Little, Brown Book Group’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

14. By entering the prize draw each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
